Salary: £43,000 per annum

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead who is looking for a brand new challenge. Due to growth plans within the organisation you will have the chance to generate and oversee our first-ever nursing floor, offering 34 nursing beds for older people, including dementia care.

We have been providing care for 52 years and as a reputable care provider, we are in need of a care and clinical driven Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to promote the best quality of nursing care within the staff team to make this a centre of excellence. You will already be a successful Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager, therefore have an understanding of the duties, responsibilities and objectives for the position.

As our new Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead you will be required to:

• ensure care and clinical standards are met at the highest level
• be involved in staff recruitment and development
• understand and execute the required legislation including CQC standards
• reduce Agency usage

You will need:

• a valid RGN NMC Pin Code
• experience at management level within a Nursing or Residential Care Home for Older People with Good CQC reports
• excellent leadership skills
• a good understanding of finance and budgets
