Registered Manager

Worthing, West Sussex

£56,000 to £60,000 per annum

depending on qualifications and experience

Care for Veterans is a leading provider of specialist, high-quality nursing and respite care for physically disabled members of the ex-service community and their families.  The Charity’s primary focus is the rehabilitation of those with progressive neurological conditions, holding an overall Good CQC rating.   We have recently been awarded Platinum Status under the Gold Standard Framework for our end of life care.

We are now recruiting for a Registered Manager to set the standards for our professional and committed team.  The role will report directly to the Chief Executive.  The successful candidate will have exceptional CQC knowledge and be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership ability.

If you are an experienced Registered Manager, passionate about delivering the highest standard of care and progressive in outlook this could be the role for you.  You will need to be an inspiring influencer with a proven track record of building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.  This includes Trustees, funders and other external agencies.

It is essential that you hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent and ideally hold a valid NMC RGN Pin.  Neuro-disability experience would also be an advantage.

This is a full-time role, based in Worthing.  In addition to an attractive salary we offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday entitlement, life assurance, 5% pension contribution matching scheme and subsidised meals.
