Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is the largest community healthcare organisation in London. We provide Children services to diverse communities/boroughs across Barnet, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Merton, Ealing, Wandsworth, Richmond; altogether covering 9 boroughs.

That in itself is an achievement and is recognised by Care Quality Commission (CQC) with a rating of Good. We are at the forefront of changing the way NHS services are provided to benefit our patients, and our 3,000 health professionals and staff have over 1.5 million patient contacts every year.  

CLCH NHS Trust is currently re-shaping the way Health Visitors work, looking at new and innovative practices to improve Child Health in Brent. This includes agile working and provision of laptops to all staff.

We have a range of Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Brent, offering good professional development opportunities, working with diverse populations. We are developing innovative models of working with our families and partner agencies to offer high quality care to achieve positive outcomes for families in Brent.

We are ambitious and a forward-thinking employer and this is a great opportunity for the right individuals to join us in our success. Our CLCH Academy launched in April 2019 which provides training and education to our staff across community and primary care.
