What you’ll do

Leading the care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.

Who you are

An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.

Ellesmere House is a strikingly modern, purpose-built care home with a great location in the heart of Chelsea in west London. We provide nursing and residential care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. Our team are experts in supporting individuals who are living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia and we also offer sensitive end of life care.

We treat residents with respect and compassion, helping them to carry on dignified, fulfilling, happy and independent lives. Our team spends a lot of time getting to know residents very well, so that we can provide personalised care that's perfectly tailored to each individual.
