Our employees perform a variety of key safety critical and support roles across the UK in delivering the strategic aims of the organisation.  It is therefore essential that we have exceptional Clinical Services to support all employees’ health and wellbeing.  As Clinical Services Manager, you will make sure that is the case, both leading our Occupational Health team and developing and delivering an effective Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance strategy.

As a Registered Nurse with a specialist qualification in Occupational Health, you will have recent experience in a clinical leadership role and will have worked on quality assurance, clinical strategy, risk management and using health data to bring about improvements. You will be analytical, thoughtful, organised and highly motivated, with great people skills, which will enable you to manage the clinical team and to work closely with others to achieve results and drive change.
