RMN or RNLD Nurse - Rehabilitation Centre

Our Client provides specialist locked rehabilitation and also have low secure units, for the treatment and support for adults with Autism, Mental Health and complex care needs. Their facility, near Pontypridd, is a purpose built rehabilitation service, which is well placed to serve the area and provides for the needs of men and women who have complex mental health problems and a history of challenging behaviour. To enhance the care provided they are looking to recruit further RMN & RNLD Qualified Nurses

The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the Centre. Reporting to the manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.
