Our Client is a private mental health hospital, based on the outskirts of Stoke in Staffordshire, which is specifically designed to support both men and women on their recovery journey. The personalised care they provide supports people to reach their goals and navigate their own positive steps towards recovery. To enhance the care provided they are looking to recruit a Ward Sister RMN RNLD RGN to join their team.

The successful Ward Sister RMN RNLD RGN candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership of the Ward to ensure smooth day to day running. Reporting to the Hospital Manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing. You must also be motivated to work in multidisciplinary setting with patients who have challenging behaviours and complex mental health problems.
