We are looking for Bands 5 and 6 nurses to join our ICU units; PICU, NICU and CICU

We welcome applications from both Child and Adult registered nurses with experience in the field or those who would like to consider a change in their career to this exciting specialty. We offer a fantastic world class education programme which will help you develop your specialist knowledge and skills.

A rotation programme within the specialty will also be offered to ensure that you gain exposure to different aspects of the service. This rotation will take place between the ICU units, Chameleon Ward (Neonatal & Paediatric Surgery), Sky Ward (Orthopaedic HDU), and Bear Ward (Cardiac) for both bands of nursing.

Providing family centred care to your patients you will plan, deliver, assess and evaluate your treatments, ensuring children and their families remain at the heart of every decision.

You will benefit from extensive development opportunities. These include a comprehensive foundation in Paediatric Cardiac Nursing and Intensive Care Nursing that leads onto a structured development pathway which will give you the tools and skills to progress into senior nursing roles within the specialty.
