Grantham Lead Paediatric Nurse
£37,320 per annum inclusive of car allowance
Monday to Friday 9-5
Oxford Community Paediatric Nurse
Work available in: Botley, Bampton, Faringdon, Wantage, Banbury, Bicester and Wheatley
£35,000 per annum – Hourly paid roles also available

Wiltshire Community Paediatric Nurse

Our Lead Nurse Positions
Our Lead Nurses play an important role within the business and have responsibility for our complex care clients living in their own homes within the community. You would be part of a wider team overseeing placements of suitable staff to the right complex care patients in order to deliver a professional and safe service. The role involves assessing customers and devising detailed care plans and risk assessments. You would develop and train carers to undertake delegated health tasks.
What we need from you:
• Current registration to practice
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Band 5
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to train clinical and non-clinical staff
• Be visible and know the patients in caseload by regular care rounds and proactive home visits
• Submit clinical reports and updates to CCGs regarding their packages as per contractual agreements and support to grow the complex care caseloads
• Driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
Our Salaried Community Paediatric Nurse
Our Community Nurses play an important role within our business and have responsibility to support our patients with complex nursing needs living in their own homes. We are looking for passionate Community Nurses to provide outstanding care with duties to include enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, invasive and non invasive ventilation.

• Reimbursement of yearly NMC registration costs

• Eligibility for NMC Registration
