You will join the Health and Justice Team and work closely to strengthen working relationships and integration of services, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service whilst meeting key performance indicators.

Location                           Elmley Prison or Swaleside Prison, Eastchurch, Isle of Sheppey

Hours Available               37.5 hours per week (Full time)
