We are committed to the delivering the best care for our patients. The successful candidate will share this commitment and demonstrate our Trust values.

We are committed to continuous learning to improve patient outcomes so this means that we are also committed to the professional development of our workforce. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to grow and progress within NELFT, so take the first step on this journey by joining us now.

Following a skill mix review of our inpatient areas in Foxglove Ward, Japonica Ward and Marigold Ward, we are now looking to recruit more trained nurses who are motivated and enthusiastic about providing high quality care. By joining our inpatient unit, you will have a commitment to developing rehabilitation care skills and knowledge.

Our community hospitals aim to provide safe, effective, high quality care by working closely with patients, relatives and carers. We offer the highest levels of rehabilitation in order to improve and maintain each patient’s independence with a view to enabling a successful return to home life or agreed alternative accommodation.

We are dedicated to support staff in pursuing their personal development plan, which will contribute in delivering the highest standards of care on our units.
