Clinical Nurse Manager

Nurse Seekers are proud to be representing our client who is a national home care company that provide quality-nursing care to patients in their own home. This expanding company are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team to oversee operations of the business in the North region.

Based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, the Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for clinical and managerial operations of the Nursing team. Brief duties of the role will be supporting the Clinical Operations Manager to maintain the high standards of care currently provided, undertaking clinical supervision of clinical staff, making sure training records are up to date and supporting the clinical governance framework. The successful Clinical Nurse Manager will have experience in team management, budgeting and be up to date with CQC Care Standards.
