Providing quality, inspiring innovation and  delivering value is what we set out to achieve at Priory Healthcare. Enabling our patients to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Priory Woking provides private acute mental health and addictions inpatient treatment within a 35 bed hospital, and also has a strong day and outpatient programme providing a range of therapeutic intervention such as CBT, art therapy, DBT and EMDR. Some private beds are used by the NHS at times when no beds are available within the NHS trust.

We are now looking to appoint a Hospital Director to lead the team to deliver our purpose to make a real and lasting difference for everyone we support. You will lead from the front by building a culture that supports our values and puts the people we care for at the centre of what we do. Supported by the team on site and the wider group, you will be accountable for ensuring the operational, financial and regulatory compliance needs of the hospital are met.

Ideally we would be looking to appoint somebody with addiction experience.
