Colorectal Triage Assessment Clinical Nurse Specialist, Band 7
We are delighted to be able to offer an fantastic opportunity to join our colorectal Cancer nursing team. Consistently one of of the best performing London trusts against National cancer performance. We have now established new CNS posts to join our excellent cancer nursing team to assist with the delivery of the whole cancer pathway.
As a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist you will be expected to meet the essential criteria, possess the relevant post registration experience as outlined in the person specification, and be willing to undertake specialist courses at post graduate level.
Posts are available at both of our Hospital sites at West Middlesex in Isleworth and at our Chelsea & Westminster site. This advert is for the Chelsea site post. please see separate advertisement for West Middlesex
