Peripatetic Nurse Manager RGN or RMN

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a wonderful care provider based in the Staffordshire region. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Peripatetic Nurse Manager to work across multiple homes.

For the position, you will be required to provide a high level of management expertise that represents the company's current high quality vision. You should have a solid understanding of CQC requirements, a strong managerial and clinical background and a current up to date NMC pin. Additional to this, as the role is working across multiple sites, you must be a driver and be flexible when it comes to working hours.

You will be responsible for managing multiple homes alongside the companies other Registered Managers. As a peripatetic Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of the homes and you will be required to oversee all staff working in the homes whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the company's high standards.
