Lead Nurse - Outpatients

Oxford, England, United Kingdom Full-time

We have an opening for a Lead Nurse - Outpatients to join our team at our centre based in Oxford

As the Lead Nurse - Outpatients you are responsible for providing specialist nursing leadership and effective management of resources to ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all patients accessing the service. The Lead Nurse - Outpatients will ensure appropriate support to patients, their families and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis and through all stages of disease trajectory

We’re always pushing the boundaries investing in the most advanced technology to develop better treatment at GenesisCare and we’re excited to announce that we will be launching our MR Linac in December at our Oxford centre! We are one of the first to introduce MR-Linac in the UK and the first to offer to patients as a standard treatment option. MR-Linac is a potential gamechanger in highly targeted, tissue-saving radiotherapy as the Real-Time On-Table Adaptive Radiotherapy system is the only MR-linac that can automatically react to movement during treatment with beam regulation.

If this isn’t enough reason to join GenesisCare who are leading the way in technology and innovation then the added pièce de résistance has to include the £20m investment we have made in our Oxford Centre, making the Centre a national centre of oncology excellence and our enhanced service offering is relevant to a wider regional and national audience.
