This role comes with the additional benefit of a ‘Recruitment and Retention Premium’ of £250 after 2 months, £250 after 6 months and £500 after 12 months and £1000 after 24 months, subject to you having at least a year’s experience and currently working outside of Great Western Hospital Foundation Trust
The Swindon Intermediate Care Centre is a modern 60 bedded unit working across two wards, Forest and Orchard Wards.
Forest Ward specialises in Stroke, Younger Persons Neuro and Trauma Rehabilitation. Orchard Ward specialises in complex discharge planning.
