We are recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holder will be expected to carry out clinical practice within designated theatre areas rotating to clinical specialties area as necessary, ensuring that high quality, current evidence based nursing assessment, cares planning, implementation, interventions and evaluations for patients is provided from admission through to discharge.

As a Theatre Practitioner you will ensure that you assess the care needs of patients, planning programmes of care, implementation and evaluation of these programmes without direct supervision.

The post holder will work in partnership with our established multi-disciplinary team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective service.

In addition, you will be given in-service training and opportunities for professional development will be supported.

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development we are offering a number of apprenticeships and training opportunities in Leadership and Management, Business Services, Finance, Accounting and HR, Clinical Support Work, Research and Innovation, Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner alongside our in-house comprehensive clinical pathways.

The Trust has also engaged with the renowned Henley Business School to be able to offer MBA, MA,BA, Executive Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes.
