We are recruiting for a number of Staff Nurses within our Acute Emergency Pathway who share our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and have the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

We currently see over 125,000 patients per year, or up to 150 ambulance arrivals per day.

To meet this challenge we are increasing our workforce, investing in their professional development and introducing new innovative services.

As a Staff Nurse you will ensure that you carry out clinical practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high qualities, current evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions and evaluations for patients is provided from admission through to discharge.

Working within a modern emergency environment can be stressful and challenging; you will need to be resilient and hard working.

The successful post holder will be expected to ensure that patients’ receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines.
