Salary: c.£31,000 - £33,000p/a
An exciting opportunity has arisen to a Hospice in the East Sussex area as an IPU Team Leader. We are looking for exceptional individuals to provide professional and clinical leadership to nursing staff, demonstrating compassion and respect for patients and carers whilst delivering high quality care.
As a nurse with experience in palliative care, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of a team of nurses and health care assistants, providing a patient-centred nursing service that is dedicated to achieving the highest possible standards of care delivery.
