Job Details

Cleveland Clinic is one of the leading providers of specialised medical care in the world, focused on providing clinical excellence and superior patient outcomes. It is an integrated healthcare delivery system with hospitals, clinics and wellness centres in the U.S. (Ohio, Florida and Nevada), Canada (Toronto) and the U.A.E. (Abu Dhabi).
As part of our international business strategy, we have acquired a building located at 33 Grosvenor Place in central London’s Belgravia. We are delighted to have been granted planning approval to convert the existing building into our first healthcare facility in London, expanding the international delivery of our specialised medical care. We will provide further updates on Cleveland Clinic London, as the construction process progresses.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a highly visible role model to all the nurses within the team and provides clinical expertise, addresses patients’ health concerns and works to promote their health and wellbeing.  Using their skills and expertise within their speciality, the CNS provides physical and emotional support to their patients, coordinates their care services, and informs and advises them on clinical and practical issues associated with their condition.

This leads to a more positive outcome for patients. The scope of the role is broad, working closely with Consultants in developing and maintaining appropriate standards of care, pre-assessment, in-patient and follow-up care with patient post discharge.

This position is also responsible for developing and implementing ongoing competencies and training using evidence-based methodologies that embrace Patient-Centered Care, the nursing professional practice model, and shared decision making.

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cleveland Clinic London that has experience within Diabetes as a CNS.

If you have the experience, please apply only today and attach your CV.
