Arbour Lodge is a small independent hospital in Marple, supporting 13 male patients with a variety of mental health conditions. As a Night Support Worker, you will be called upon to anticipate and respond to behaviours associated with a complex mental health diagnosis whilst demonstrating empathy and compassion. You’ll use your experience and training to deliver the quality care we’re known for, and will be supported to develop niche new skills. You’ll help improve patients’ quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect. NEED TO HAVE
• Previous experience (personal or professional) working with adults with mental health conditions
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional quality care
