RGN Complex Care Nurse

Nurse Seekers are currently working on behalf of one of the leading companies of complex care packages in the UK. The specialise with the complex clinical care of service users with needs that a normal domiciliary care company cannot provide.

Our client is currently looking for an RGN qualified nurse with extensive clinical experience to support a young male client within his own home in the Hythe area of Southampton. The right RGN qualified nurse is to lead this complex support package with the assistance of competent support workers.

Qualifications:

• Must be a registered Nurse with a current NMC pin.
• Experience working within a community-based setting, with strong clinical knowledge - complex care environment.
• The successful candidate to have high clinical skills - Tracheostomy Care - competency training will be provided.

Preferred skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Diplomatic and capable of handling complex situations tactfully
• Able to work independently - but also lead the team.
• To have a true passion/strength to care and support individuals/always seek to provide life-enhancing support that also protects the dignity of the client.

In return for your hard work my client offers a fantastic hourly pay rate, contracted hours along with ongoing training and development.
