Cranstoun are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse or Pharmacist to join our Care, Quality and Governance Team.  The Organisational Clinical Lead is a new role that will provide leadership, advice and support across our community based drug and alcohol services alongside providing cover for clinical sessions when required.

You will have substantial post registration experience in community drug and alcohol services, be a non-medical prescriber, have a flexible approach to your work and be committed to providing a high standard of care to service users.

Working alongside team members, you will contribute to the development of policies, standards and PGDs, participate in clinical and infection control audits and develop our clinical services.

The Care, Quality and Governance Team works in a supportive and enabling way across the organisation to ensure high standards of care and the safety of our service users.  We are flexible as to where this role is based – Esher, Worcester, home or potentially at one of our other locations. There will be some travel to services with this role and we can offer flexible working.
