Salary: £60,000 - £83,000 pa (pro rata) FTE (37.5 per week) A variety of shift patterns are available.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for Medvivo, you’ll provide clinical expertise in first contact care. This includes clinical assessment, diagnosis (where possible), and treatment (where appropriate). You will be expected to prescribe medicines as appropriate and so you will need to be an independent prescriber.

As well as treating patients at our primary care centres, you will attend home visits with the support of a fully equipped medical car and driver depending on the designated shift. Support from senior clinicians will be available.

Another important part of the role is the provision of telephone and video call assessments. We’ve recently launched the GoodSAM video consultation which is quickly becoming an important tool for helping us to improve patient care.
