Up to £45,000 (Full time equivalent) + Excellent Benefits

Part Time, 3 days per week (Monday- Wednesday, days can be flexible)

What you'll be doing

You'll manage and support the regulatory process for Bupa Care Services (BCS) across the key care regulators. Offering advice to the business on regulatory matters, and supporting the management team, to identify and deliver continuous improvement in quality standards, processes and procedures

What's a typical day?

Offering support and guidance to operational teams in challenging external regulatory reports where required, through meetings and written correspondence. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, peers and partners to simplify and update our policies and procedures associated with compliance. In addition, your expertise will support recommendations for improvements; from inspection report reviews, trends and themes analysis and emerging risks. Occasional travel may be required for this role. You will be based in the Leeds office 1 day per week (depending on Covid- 19 restrictions), utilising home working the rest of the week.

Who we're looking for?

You'll be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of current CQC inspection and regulatory processes, within the care home sector. You will Ideally be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a through understanding of the inspection process. We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the care regulatory environment in the UK and who is capable of remaining up to date regarding regulatory changes with the ability to analyse and present data effectively to various levels of the business.
