HealthHarmonie Ltd work in partnership with a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home, these include; Diagnostic Ultrasound, Ophthalmology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Gynaecology services and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist is an experienced registered nurse with specialist skills to assess and treat dermatology / gynaecology patients and manage the clinical environment, in liaison with the management and consultant team. The nurse will act as an autonomous practitioner in forming clinical decisions and complex management plans in the assessment and treatment of patients. In conjunction with senior nursing and consultant staff formulate the development of clinical guidance for all aspects of clinical practice within the clinical speciality. The post holder will work closely with the interdisciplinary team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that high quality patient care is maintained.

For our Dermatology Specialist Nurse, you will be able to provide high standards of care in various Nurse-led follow-up clinics including:

• Phototherapy (PUVA/ narrowband UVB)
• Cryotherapy
• Nurse Led Follow ups

For our Gynaecology Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will undertake community clinics providing the following outpatient appointments:

• Mirena insertion / removal
• Endometrial biopsy
• Cervical Cautery (with silver nitrate)
• Ring/Shelf Pessary insertion/removal
• General nurse follow-ups

Applicants will be expected to have an excellent clinical quality record, and an ability to perform efficiently and independently in clinic whilst providing exceptional care.  Applicants will need to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues and a willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of patients and assist in improving these pathways over time.
