Care Home Manager/ Matron

A family run modern purpose built Nursing Home caring for up to 64 residents with dementia and palliative care needs.

With excellent support from the management team along with enviable staffing levels the Home is seeking an experienced qualified manager to help run the Home to very high standards with traditional family values.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing background with strong leadership skills and be a role model for all staff.  Must be caring and passionate about holistic care practices with a desire for continual development. Good IT skills are essential.  Must have completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards completion within 12 months of appointment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall quality and monitoring of all aspects of care provision within the Home.
