Job Details

Nurse Seekers are excited to be working on behalf of a leading nursing care provider for their new service based in Corby. They offer a specialist service and offer focused rehabilitation aimed at meeting the needs of some of the more challenging users of mental health services. They are now looking to expand their dedicated team with an enthusiastic, experienced and caring Deputy Manager RMN RGN or RNLD.

The Role

As the Deputy Manager RMN RNLD RGN you will be accountable for all aspects of the day to day management of the facility. This will include but is not limited to, service delivery, quality improvement and meeting national and locally set standards and targets. The successful Deputy Manager RMN RNLD RGN will have a valid NMC PIN number and should show leadership skills in managing the site. A minimum of 4 years post registration experience as well as experience within a managerial position in an inpatient setting is preferred.
