What you will be doing

As an experienced RMN you will provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the nursing team at Farmfield Hospital. You will promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all service users, employees and visitors.

You will ensure that standards of patient care are maintained at all times within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Things that you will have:

• RMN experience 
• Educated to degree level, or professional equivalent
• At least 5 years’ post qualification experience
• Management and leadership experience
• Recent teaching qualification or equivalent experience

Where you will be working

You will be working at Farmfield Hospital, situated located next to Gatwick airport, meaning good transport links for those commuting out of London.

You’ll be caring for adult men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours.
