Deputy Clinical Lead Nurse - High Dependency Team

The Care at home team are pleased to announce new development roles.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent Band 6 Deputy Clinical Lead Nurse specifically to work with all disciplines with in the CaHT. These roles will cover several 24 hour complex packages in the community. The post holders will need to demonstrate specific clinical skills in relation to the care of ventilated patients in the community along with managerial and leadership skills as well as a passion for improvement in service delivery. The roles will be split between delivering care in some of the packages (ventilated patients) and working in a leadership role delivering clinical lead presence across the community. This role will challenge your clinical skills as well as your leadership skills.

You must be able to display evidence of personal professional development and demonstrate a commitment to the development of others in your team. You will be able to show evidence of being an effective agent of change, innovative and with a vision of the future with the ability to support the Clinical Lead Nurse. You must be able to travel within a geographical area. We offer a comprehensive package of objectives and support to enable you to develop/enhance management and leadership skills required for this demanding but rewarding role.
