Job Overview: 

Due to expansion The Harley Street Clinic is recruiting for a Sister/Charge nurse to join their Critical Care Unit (CCU) department.  The team in this state-of-the-art Critical Care Unit provides excellent and compassionate care to patients with a wide range of complex needs. 

As the Sister/Charge Nurse for our Critical Care unit at The Harley Street Clinic, you will provide clinical leadership in the delivery of the service. You will be an innovative leader that can inspire and influential quality care and develop the team overall. Deputising for the Unit Manager, you will oversee the day to day clinical operations of the department, acting as an expert practitioner and role model, assisting your junior colleagues to develop advanced knowledge and skills to benefit the treatment and care of critically ill patients in our hospital. 

Skills & Experience

• Registered General Nurse
• Management qualification/Experience
• Advanced respiratory ventilation, cardiovascular
• Experience of working in ICU or Critical care 
• ALS 
• Cardiothoracic, General, Liver or Neuro experience in an ICU environment 
• ITU/ Critical Care course
