Our client is one of the leading independent boarding schools based in the South West of the country, educating more than 600 boys and girls (day and boarding), aged 3 months to 18 years, and is part of the Methodist Independent Schools Trust.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Nurse to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of their Medical Centre.  The ideal candidate will have experience of child and adolescent health care and of managing a team of medical staff.  They will be RGN qualified (adult or child) and have school or practice nursing experience with superb clinical skills.  The successful candidate will need to have the ability to relate to children and young people and be interested in the pastoral care and emotional wellbeing of children.  They will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the medical centre.

A competitive salary (Band 6/7) is on offer commensurate with this important term-time only role.
