Salary Range: £37,674 to £41,869, dependant on experience, banding level, plus we offer a competitive remuneration package.

Role: Permanent, full time,

Hours: Full time, average 40.25 hours per week

Location: Kegworth, Leicestershire.

This is an exciting time to join Rushcliffe Independent Hospitals as we are expanding our hospitals. Mill Lodge is a new 26 bedded hospital for adults of 18 years and above, who are experiencing acute mental health issues. The hospital is situated in the heart of Kegworth Village, close to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester area with excellent access to the motorway network. The hospital has 4 wards of either 6 or 7 beds and caters for both males and females in single sex accommodation.

Mill Lodge Hospital provides a comprehensive pathway of acute admissions service on a formal and informal basis. We support individuals experiencing difficulties due to a range of conditions.

We are looking to recruit ambitions RMNS or RNLDs to play a pivotal role in the development of our acute and PICU services as part of an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team. Help us shape the future of acute adult mental health.

You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering quality person-centred care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other professionals. A sound understanding of risk management and the CTP process is expected. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service. You will be joining a team that is passionate and focused on achieving excellence in care delivery, for this challenging and rewarding patient group.

The successful candidates must be able to work flexibility to meet the rational shift patterns to cover a 24-hour period. Have an interest in acute inpatient care and enjoy working in a busy challenging environment.

Ideal Registered Mental Health Nurse

  • An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid NMC Pin or wanting to return to the profession after a career break.
