Salary: £15.69 per hour
Contract: 36 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

We have an opportunity available at our Independent Hospital Monet Lodge, which provides expert care and support for adults living with complex dementia or mental health conditions. The expert team of support workers and registered nurses provide value based specialist care to our residents.
We are seeking to recruit a RMN or RGN with mental health experience in a similar setting who is able to encourage a values based culture and ensure high quality care and support. You’ll also need to provide values-led leadership to the team. Our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.

The role:
Candidates must be a qualified RMN or RGN with relevant experience,with an active PIN
You will be expected to hold a case load which you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for service users and support the Registered Hospital Manager in the management development of the Independent Hospital.
You will also be responsible for supervising staff and documenting the supervision. In addition,you will be expected to work closely with other Professionals both internally and externally.
