We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 District Nurse to join our community nursing team in North West Surrey (Woking / Thames Medical and Spelthorne)

The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes, and will undertake full nursing assessments of patients, including those with multiple pathology and complex health and social needs. You will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional Nursing Care and to assist in the delivery of all aspects of individualised patient care.

The community nursing service works over a 7-day week (8.30am to 5pm) and includes weekend and bank holiday working.
