Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The AN Bournemouth West Locality Community Mental Health Team is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the team.

Bournemouth West Locality CMHT is an established integrated multi-disciplinary team; we pride ourselves on being innovative, creative and responsive to meet the needs of our patients. We are well known for providing a positive working atmosphere.

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated ANP, with experience in the community setting, to lead the team’s Assessment Care Pathway and work as an Independent Medical Prescriber. This is an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing service developments and an opportunity to participate in the project shaping our future services.

Significant investment has been made available to review and reconfigure community mental health services in line with the Mental Health Integrated Community Care Project (MMHICC).
