Substance Misuse Nurse RMN or RGN

Our Client is a private residential treatment centre for drug and alcohol rehabilitation currently looking for an experienced and dedicated RGN or RMN Substance Misuse Nurse for their centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Our client prides themselves on working together as a family and have been founded and run by a team with first hand experience of the best rehab and detox therapies and aftercare.

The Role

The role of Substance Misuse Nurse will be providing a range of Health and Wellbeing and harm reduction interventions to service users in accordance with the agreed model of service delivery, abiding at all times by National restrictions, regulations, policies and procedures, applicable to this role.

You will provide the delivery of high standards of nursing care to substance misusers in accordance with up-to-date evidence based professional practice and Company policies.

You will also be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direct supervision.

Requirements

For this role you must have a fully up to date and valid NMC Pin number and the post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. Experience working within a similar Substance Misuse role is preferred.

Experience working in a similar setting is desirable but not essential as full training within the setting will be given.
