Case Manager Team Leader

As a clinician, with over three years’ experience, are you looking to influence and manage the rehabilitation of seriously and moderately injured people through case management?

For over 30 years we have provided a service to injured people, to solicitors and to insurance companies. We specialise in catastrophic, serious and moderate injury cases and receive referrals from the injured person or by instruction from the Claimant or Defendant representative.

Bush & Co has one of the largest and fastest growing networks of case managers and we are renowned for our scale, expertise and outcomes. Due to our success at supporting the legal sector and rehabilitating injured clients, we are developing our case management services and looking for qualified clinicians including registered nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or sports therapists with a clinical background in moderate and serious injury such as complex orthopaedic injury or amputee management to work under our serious and moderate injury brand Hubs Rehabilitation.

About the role:

Hubs Rehabilitation has a strong focus on proactive rehabilitation and focused outcomes through SMART goals, clear assessments and solution focused implementation of rehabilitation recommendations. The service, which is managed by clinicians, offers a choice of assessment options that are driven to guide people back to the workplace and everything we do is grounded in clinical guidelines and transparency.

As a case manager you will be commissioning approved services from statutory, voluntary and private sectors, with a clear focus on returning the client to their pre-accident education or work position including engaging with employers.

Your role will also include supporting the Hubs Operations Manager in the day to day line management of the team. The Team Leader element will also require you to complete the quality assurance of reports from the Hubs team and support in the development and adherence to guidance.

About you:

With a minimum of three years post qualification experience, ideally applicants will have community based experience of establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages. Experience in return to work programmes would also be useful.

You will need to demonstrate clear and effective case management abilities and have exceptional organisational skills. You will work under the Rehabilitation Code, alongside the legal and insurance teams involved with the client.

Applications from experienced professionals already working as case managers within the field would be particularly welcome. We particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates as we are currently under represented in this area in our business.

Company Benefits:

  • The opportunity to join an established dynamic multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent professional development opportunities and peer networking
  • Regular supervision and support mechanisms
  • The opportunity to work from home, with associated travel
  • The opportunity to be involved in a unique service and shape rehabilitation and outcomes for people
  • An employed position with competitive company benefits and opportunities
