Our highly successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 critical care unit and 6 theatres (2 Stryker laparoscopic and 2 laminar flow). The Opportunity

As our Nurse Associate in the pre-assessment department you will:

• Assess patients prior to admission

• Assist with phlebotomy

• Complete patients observations

• Assist our Registered Nurses and Healthcare support workers

• Deliver exceptional care for patients as part of the Nursing Team

The Person

To succeed as a Nurse associate, you will:

• Currently be a nursing associate or due to qualify in 2021

• Have completed your Nursing Associate foundation course or are in the process of completing it in the few months.

• Experience within the role is preferred, but not essential.

• Be able to work individually and as part of a team

• Be enthusiastic, forward thinking and motivated about providing high quality, safe patient centred care.

Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type - Permanent

Weekly Hours - 37.5
