About the Role
As the Nursing Operations Manager here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare you will be responsible for providing leadership to the clinical contact centre team ensuring we provide a first-class service to our patients across the UK. Working closely with the Deputy Head of Nursing and the broader team, you will be accountable for the overall management of the centre and delivery of the patient support programme services. This is a diverse role that encompasses commercial, operational management and clinical skills. We need a strong, multi-skilled leader who can take this service to the next level!

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN. With an abundance of people management experience, you will have demonstrable experience of mentoring, leading and coaching a highly skilled and specialist team. You will be commercially savvy with budgetary experience and a solution-orientated approach. This role will require travel twice a week, a valid UK driver’s license is required.
