An opportunity has arisen for Full/Part time Band 5 Registered Nurses to join the Nursing teams across County Community Hospital wards. 

About the role:

We are an innovative site providing care to patients with rehabilitation needs and at times palliative needs. We are focused on discharge planning and have many complex discharge requiring excellent communication and discharge planning skills.

We pride ourselves on giving excellent patient care putting patients and their relatives first. We are a 50 bedded site (Oak ward has 28 beds and Rowan has 22 beds) which includes 2 community resource team beds .  Both wards work closely together and have excellent working relationships with the wider multi disciplinary team,

We are a dynamic community site and are always looking for new ways to improve on the care we provide. If you would like to join a caring, passionate team with the opportunity for development, then this is the team for you.

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, working 12 and 6 hour shifts.
