About the role:

We are looking for an RNMH who is highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user centred care to work within the Torfaen Adult Community Mental Health Team, based at Talygarn, County Hospital in Torfaen..

You will have knowledge and experience in the care of people with complex, severe and enduring mental health problems in a community setting. You will have opportunity to link with the wider service which includes a Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team, Primary Care Mental Health Support Services (PCMHSS), Assertive Outreach Team and Inpatient Services.

You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user-centred care and contribute to the development of mental health services in the Borough of Torfaen. The successful applicant will be part of a developing service providing a high standard of and evidence based care to those in Torfaen.

The post is a permanent post with full-time hours.
