What are we looking for in a Theatre Practitioner Nurse / ODP - Anaesthetic & Recovery?
- Qualifications and post-registration experience relevant to your NMC or HCPC registration.
- Excellent communication skills and a great team worker.
- You will be flexible and motivated.
- Ideally able to work in both disciplines.
About our Theatre Department
We are a small department that has two operating theatres and a two-bay recovery suite. A wide range of elective procedures are carried out in the specialties of Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, Plastics, ENT, General Surgery, Minor Vascular, Ophthalmology and Endoscopy for adults aged eighteen years old and above.
Our operational hours are primarily weekdays with occasional lists outside of this, but we do not work late or night shifts and out of hours are covered by on-calls with staff compensated by generous pay enhancements. Our day starts at either 07:30 or 08:00 hrs and finishes at 18:30 hrs with the opportunity to leave earlier at times.
Nuffield Health also promote a family friendly environment with some team members having flexible working agreements in place to facilitate this.

Salary range - 30,000 - 39,000 (Dependent on skills and experience)
