Job Details

We are looking for 2 motivated Registered Mental Health Nurses with post registration experience to work as part of our multidisciplinary team. These positions are available within our Acute General/Addictions Ward.

The successful candidates will be team players, who are patient-centred and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility is required to work across all wards.

A good knowledge of the Mental Health Act, risk assessments and the care plan approach is required. Experience of working within Acute General Psychiatry/Addictions/ is desirable.

Hours of work will be averaged at 37.5 per week:

Week 1: 4 shifts

Week 2: 3 shifts

Week 3: 3 shifts

Week 4: 3 shifts

Shifts will be rotational across days and nights.

As an independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital we can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. We are committed to providing training opportunities for staff at all levels and actively encourage professional development. Staff are supported by means of regular clinical supervision.
