Clinical Trainers and Resuscitation Officers

Clinical Trainers and Resuscitation Officers Required – Full Time, Part Time, Zero Hours, and ad-hoc positions available immediately.

 

About the role:

To support our success, we require additional committed and professional Clinical Trainers and Resuscitation Officers to join the team.

Both roles involve delivering Mandatory and Resuscitation training to a diverse portfolio of customers across both the public and private sectors. The posts include a variety of duties and may include some work at home.

Resuscitation officers will also be carrying out Resuscitation Consultancy work (such as simulations and hospital wide audits). We also run ALS and EPALS courses every week and every weekend which you can teach on if you have the qualifications.

SALARY: In line with NHS Band 6 to Band 7 (depending on experience and qualifications ), car allowance, expenses, paid training and development, a great team and other benefits for full and part time positions.

LOCATION: Based from home, we have positions available in and around London and the home counties, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire.

We also have nationwide opportunities., therefore applications are also welcome from experienced candidates living in other areas.

 

About you:

You must have a strong Clinical background, Accident and Emergency or Critical Care experience is desirable. Ideally, you will be a Registered Nurse, Midwife, ODP, paramedic or an existing Resuscitation Officer.  You will also need teaching / supervisory experience (with the GIC course or a teaching and assessing/mentorship certificate or diploma).

Resuscitation officers will have experience as an ALS/EPALS or ILS/PILS Instructor and possess post registration qualifications. We will also consider clinicians who have undertaken the ILSi or GIC course but have not yet had the opportunity to complete their ICs.

Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work with a high degree of autonomy, you will have excellent communication skills. You will have a passion for adult education and be committed to creating a positive learning experience for candidates.
