Heathlands is an exciting new venture in conjunction with Bracknell Forest Council to provide both Immediate and Dementia Care to Bracknell and the surrounding area. Frimley Health are pleased to be the official provider of the Immediate Care Unit service, which is due to open in January 2022. 

The Immediate Care Unit is a 20 bedded unit providing support to patients transitioning between acute hospital environment and the patient's home.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join and develop a new service in state-of-the-art facilities, evolving and influencing the way Nursing care is delivered.

You will working alongside a team of Nursing and Therapy professionals, delivering immediate care to inpatients transferred from Acute Hospitals to prepare them to return home and patients referred by Community professionals who may require higher level of care for a period, before returning home.

At Frimley Health Foundation Trust you will be supported from the moment you start in the Trust with a comprehensive Trust induction, for our Newly Qualified Practitioners we offer a 12 month bespoke preceptorship programme with 14 days protected study days designed to teach and develop our practitioners to the very highest standard. 

For experienced professional we offer a range of mentorship and management essential training alongside our clinical training programmes
