As a constantly evolving and developing directorate with recent and significant investment, our community team are now looking for experienced and new qualified Nurses, looking to change direction and newly qualified Staff Nurses looking to develop and grow your career with access to our comprehensive Preceptorship Programme.

Main duties of the job

We deliver rehabilitative care to inpatients transferred from Frimley Park Hospital to prepare them to return home after their acute hospital admission. Patients can also be referred by community professionals that work with patients in their own home that require higher level of care for a period of time before returning home.

We currently have 3 wards each of which comprises of 21 private rooms with access to a dining room and Physio gym that is managed by a team of highly skilled nurses as well as competent and supportive health care assistants.

At Frimley Health Foundation Trust you will be supported from the moment you start in the Trust with a comprehensive Trust induction, for our Newly Qualified Practitioners we offer a 12 month bespoke preceptorship programme with 14 days protected study days designed to teach and develop our practitioners to the very highest standard. 

For experienced professional we offer a range of mentorship and management essential training alongside our clinical training programmes
