We have a fantastic opportunity for a ODP/Anaesthetic nurse to work in our Prestigious Harley Street Private Practice which provides state of the art facilities and a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.

The successful candidate will have a Anaesthetic/ODP Qualification with 2-3 years experience. You will be up to date with current practices , have a good experience working in an NHS or private hospital with a cardiac background being desirable.
You would need to be able to provide immediate post-operative care as well as initial emergency care if required. We are welcoming both Band 5 & 6 candidates. It will be your responsibility to provide patients with assistance in clinical/operative procedures, both anaesthetics & surgery.
As the Anaesthetic/ODP Nurse you will support the day to day running of the department and work with the theatre manager to ensure resources are well managed with the rotas supporting the needs of the clinic.
You will be monitoring standards of nursing care and understanding the needs/requirements of consultant users with view to building a collaborative working environment. It is imperative compliance is adhered to, risk assurance and CQC regulation, at all times.
You will ensure resus equipment is functioning well, maintained and cleaned correctly and that staff are well trained and familiar in handling, caring and protecting the equipment.
You will demonstrate knowledge of anaesthetic agents and their effects on patients to facilitate anticipating and planning care needs.
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
