About the Role
The Portland Hospital for Women and Children are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Quality Matron for Paediatrics to join the Governance Team on a 1-year fixed term contract/ secondment. The post holder will have experience as a senior nurse within a paediatric hospital and have a passion for Patient Safety and Patient Experience.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Registered Paediatric Nurse
- Evidence of continued learning either with a masters or working towards one
- Able to evidence that they are an inclusive leader with high professional standards.
- Demonstrable evidence in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in patient experience initiatives including with children and young people.
- Evidence of operational oversight including development of clinical care pathways and contribution to standard operating procedures.
